Orly – Pixie Dust
Voici un petit bijou que j’ai acheté à ma July chérie !!! Cela faisait un moment qu’il me faisait de l’œil celui-ci, mais jamais eu l’occasion de le caler dans une commande ^^
Il s’agit d’un gris moyen, tirant vers le bleu sous certains éclairages et rempli de mini particules (paillettes ? Flakies ?) blanches qui lui donnent tout son charme ^^
Here’s a little jewel I bought from lovely July! I had been eyeing it for a moment but I never had the opportunity to add it to an order ^^
It’s a pale grey leaning towards blue and packed with small white shimmer that gives it a very nice twist!!
Il y a des traces de draps sur mon vernis, pourtant je l’ai mis en tout début d’après midi…la cause semblerait être le top coat que je teste actuellement. Il est censé être à séchage rapide mais j’ai l’impression qu’il ralenti le séchage du vernis…cherchez l’erreur…en tout cas je continue à le tester encore quelque temps pour assurez mon avis dessus et je vous en fais un article !
I have sheetmarks on my nails though I applied it at the beginning of the afternoon… I think it’s because of the top-coat I’m testing right now. It’s supposed to be fast-drying but I have the feeling it does the exact contrary. I’ll continue the test for a while and will tell you all about it.

Kiko – framboise pétillant 277
Je commence à avoir une jolie petite collection de Kiko. J’en ai encore acheté 4 récemment lorsque j’étais de passage à Paris. Parmi ceux-ci voici le n°277 ! Magnifique rose/rouge pailleté. Il me fait un peu penser aux effets des OPI Burlesque ^^
My Kiko collection starts to be quite big, and especially since I bought 4 more on a trip to Paris. Among those is n°277! It’s a beautiful pink/red shimmer. It reminds me of the Burlesque from OPI ^^

Nail decals – le cauchemar !
Hello les filles. Aujourd’hui je vous montre la pose de nail decals intégrale que j’ai réalisé avant de partir à mon congrès.
Le motif en lui-même est magnifique, mais mon dieu quelle galère pour poser ceux-ci ! Ils se sont révélés très épais, du coup, comme mes ongles sont bombés, plein de plis se sont formés sur les bords. Normalement ces plis disparaissent dès lors que le top coat est appliqué, et bien là, non ! Ils sont bel et bien restés ! De plus, sur certains ongles, les bords se recourbaient…
Mais ce n’est pas tout ! Lors de l’application de mon top coat je me suis aperçue avec horreur que mes nail decals fripaient ! J’ai tout d’abord pensé que c’était la faute de mon top coat, du coup j’en ai changé. En tout j’en ai essayé près de 5, avec tout le temps le même résultat !

The design in itself is beautiful, but gosh, was the application a nightmare!! They were very thick so, since my nails are not flat, I had wrinkles on the sides. Usually, those wrinkles disappear with top-coat, but this time, no way!! On top of that, the sides were lifting up on some nails…
And it doesn’t stop there!! When I applied my top-coat, I saw that the decals were wrinkling even more! I thought it was the top-coat, but after trying 5, it was still the same!!
Je les ai achetés chez Delaney, mais je tiens à dire que ce n’est en rien sa faute. Je pense plutôt à la marque. Le paquet était différent des autres, et à l’intérieur il n’y avait que 10 nail decals au lieu de 12 en temps normal. J’espère ne jamais retombée sur cette marque (il y avait un nom chinois dessus, je ne me souviens plus du nom et je n’ai, bien sûr, pas pris de photos, shame on me !).
I bought them at Chez Delaney, but it has nothing to do with the shop, it’s a problem with the brand. It was not the usual packaging, there were only 10 decals instead of the usual 12. I hope I’ll never get anything from that brand again (the name was Chinese and of course I didn’t take pics!!)
